Product Specification
Hydrogen purification unit is a special equipment, which is matched for water electrolysis hydrogen production device.There are various processes such as product hydrogen, air separation nitrogen regeneration mode and three-tower regeneration mode without consuming raw gas.
The unit uses water electrolysis hydrogen as feed gas to obtain high-purity hydrogen after catalytic deoxidation, cooling condensation, adsorption secondary drying and high-efficiency filtration. It's widely used in power plants, electronics, metallurgy, chemical industry, glass, new energy and other industries
Technical Characteristics
Using Palladium platinum bimetallic deoxidation catalyst, the deoxidation effect can reach oxygen content ≤ 1ppm, and the atmospheric deoxidation effect can reach oxygen content ≤ 5ppm.
High quality molecular sieve is adopted, with high loading coefficient, high adsorption capacity and high adsorption rate. The moisture content of hydrogen in the product is ≤ - 75 ℃ dew point.
Using high efficiency sintered nickel tube filter, the filtration efficiency can reach 99.999%, and the molecular size after dust removal is ≤ 0.3 μ M.
The purification working pressure can be adjusted from 0.8 - 3.2Mpa, and the maximum treatment capacity can exceed the design value by 15%.
The regeneration gas consumption is 5% - 10% of the treatment capacity, and the power consumption is 0. If the feed gas regeneration or three tower process is adopted, the hydrogen loss is 0.
